A family sitting together on the edge of a bed at night, seen from behind, with one warm lamp on the nightstand

All for a good night's sleep

A good night is designed.

Nine quiet things for the hour before bed — light, sound, weight, warmth, scent.

AERÉ Curve side sleeper pillow, front view

First release

AERÉ Curve

A butterfly-shaped memory foam pillow for side sleepers. Two shoulder notches, two heights in one pillow, one machine-washable cover.

Two cut-outs leave room for the shoulder, so the neck stays level.
Slow-rebound foam holds its height through the night.
Cover unzips and goes in the wash; the foam core does not.

Sleep Lab · what people actually say

You may not be bad at sleeping.
The room may just be wrong.

We read the complaints — reviews, forums, comment sections — and answer them with design, not promises. Every answer names the source.

“My arm goes numb every single night. I wake up and it's dead.”

Reddit r/sleep · 2026-03 · user withheld · source

Usually the shoulder has nowhere to go, so the pillow pushes it up and the arm takes the weight. Curve has two notches cut for the shoulder so the neck stays level and the arm keeps its circulation.

“Every mask slides off my face by 2am or leaves a line across my nose.”

Amazon review — blackout sleep mask category · 2026-01 · verified purchase · source

Flat masks press on the eyelids. A shaped mask with a deeper cup and a low bridge strap keeps contact off the eyes and off the nose — that is the whole design of AERÉ Air.

Reddit r/sleep · 2026-02 · user withheld · source

Light and sound changes at 3am are enough to wake a light sleeper. Amber light at night plus steady, non-looping sound removes the two most common triggers — that is Ember and Diamond.

Who we are

Designed in Hangzhou, from complaints.

AERÉ is a sleep and everyday-wellness home brand based in Hangzhou, China, designing twenty things for the hour before bed.

AERÉ is designed by a small team of young, research-trained people in Hangzhou. We read the sleep science, the material data and the complaints before we draw anything — because we built these things to fix our own nights first. Nothing here claims to treat a condition.
